Talmo Farms is a place rooted in love, hard work, and the quiet beauty of the Georgian countryside. In 2019, we transformed the old hay barn into a space where new memories could take root. What began as a family farm has grown into a venue where life's most unforgettable moments take place & love stories begin.
We are proud to be a family-owned and operated venue, and we carry that spirit into everything we do. From your first visit for a tour to your wedding day, we treat every couple like part of the family!

The Venue
Just 15 minutes from downtown Eatonton—and a scenic drive from Atlanta—our venue offers a peaceful escape into the countryside. Set on hundreds of acres of rolling fields and stately white oaks, the property combines natural beauty with timeless Southern character.
At its heart is our beautifully restored 1960s hay barn, thoughtfully renovated to include modern comforts while preserving its original charm. Exposed wooden beams, warm wood tones, and a grand open space create an inviting atmosphere for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.
The venue features a private bridal suite for quiet moments before the ceremony, a spacious reception area, and a covered pavilion ideal for cocktails or outdoor dining. Just steps away, an open-air fire pit—crafted from natural boulders found right here on the land—offers a cozy space for guests to gather under the stars.
With wide open fields perfect for sunset photos and countless picture-perfect backdrops among the oaks, our venue was made for capturing life’s most unforgettable moments.
